Your security is important to FIS. We have added an 2-step authentication mechanism to SyndTrak/LendAmend in order to protect your credentials and activity on the site. It works as follows:

Step 1: The next time you sign into SyndTrak/LendAmend, you'll enter your password as usual.

Step 2: You will then be asked to enter a PIN which you will need to retrieve via a callback, text message or authenticator app.

Once you log in, you will have the option to register your computer. Once registered, your computer is trusted and only a password will be required to log in going forward.

Any new or untrusted computer will require a new PIN to be entered in order to verify your identity by more than just your password.

You will be navigated away from SyndTrak to begin MFA enrollment when you click the "Enroll in 2-Step Verification" button to get started in securing your account.
